Welcome Makers - Yes, I'm talking to you!
You may not think of yourself as a maker. In fact you may believe that you don't have a creative bone in your body. I think that's hogwash! Everyone can create if they have the desire. The problem is that as adults we've lost the ability to take risks, play, and experiment. We're so afraid of failure. I've created Dream Maker Creative to help you reconnect with your creative side and to help your children unplug and experience the joy of making. There are SO many benefits to crafting and it's my mission to open the door for you and your family.
At Dream Maker, we offer a variety of craft kits that make "making" convenient and non-intimidating. Some are kits that we've designed and produced and some are made by other artisans who share our passion for crafting. These are available in our online shop.
We also offer in-person crafting workshops throughout Kitsap County, WA. Check out our calendar of events.
Terra Create - Our Flagship Line of DIY Kits for Ages 10 to Adult
Terra Create offers convenience for busy parents, along with keepsake quality DIY projects for big kids who have outgrown childish crafts. Your tweens and teens will be exposed to different crafting skills and tools, improve their ability to follow directions, exercise creativity and problem solving, and grow their confidence with what they can accomplish. Our kits include soap making, shibori dying, weaving, decoupage, stenciling, candle making, polymer clay, and much more. Your child may discover a lifelong hobby, or just experience the thrill of trying something new with low risk. Our kits include a short learning module related to the project, so are a perfect addition to your homeschool curriculum. Adults love our kits too, as we take the intimidation out of trying a new craft.
