Brick Zoo

In this after school class, we’ll explore animal adaptations, habitats and biological diversity though an engaging life science program. Through creative thinking and collaboration, learners will connect with Earth’s biosphere while honing their spacial and engineering skills via weekly design challenges. Brick Zoo hinges on the idea that important conceptual learning blossoms when taught through dynamic hands-on activities and use of building toys as manipulatives.

This is a drop-off class for kindergarten through 3rd graders. It meets for 6 sessions from Oct. 26th – Dec. 7th. No class Thanksgiving week.
