Subscription Details
Shipping will be added at checkout for the term subscribed. Currently $8 per month. With a pre-paid bundle, you will pay the shipping for the number of months subscribed. Actual shipping costs per month vary on our end depending on the size and weight of the box.
Your first box will ship within 7 business days of ordering. Then you'll be added to our monthly batch which ships around the 15th of each month +/- 3 business days. If your first order is within a couple weeks of the monthly batch, you won't receive a 2nd kit in the same month (so it may be longer than a month between your 1st and 2nd kit).
Monthly Renewals occur on the 1st of each month. If you've selected a month-to-month plan, this is the date you'll be billed for the next cycle. If you wish to cancel or skip a month, you need to do it before this date.
Renewals for 3-month and 6-month plans happen on the 1st of the month 4 months from when you purchased (for 3-month plans) and the 7th month (for 6-month plans). If you don't want these pre-paid plans to renew, please check the gift option at checkout or notify us anytime before the renewal date to turn off renewal.
Cancel your subscription anytime through our customer portal or by contacting customer service. If that month's kit has already shipped, the cancellation will go into effect the next month. If you have a pre-paid subscription, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of the pre-paid term.
