Beginner Crochet Level 1

Get started on your crochet journey! This class covers the essentials, including chaining, slip and single crochet stitches, terminology, and tips on yarn and hook types. Perfect for those new to crochet or those that need a refresher, you’ll be creating beautiful projects in no time! We are not making any specific project in this class, but will have some ideas and direction for small items appropriate for first timers. Class size is kept to 8 or less to allow for individual attention. Ages 12-16 welcome with an adult who is also taking the class.

The skills taught in this class are pre-requisite for our Level 2 crochet classes. Class includes 1 skein of beginner  yarn and crochet hook, though you may bring your own.
