Continue on to the next step of your crochet journey! This class builds upon the foundations of the level 1 class. You’ll learn half-double and double-crochet stitches, increasing and decreasing, the magic circle, working in a round, and pattern reading. Level 2 classes have a small project as an end goal, so choose your preferred Level 2 class. To be successful in this class, you’ll need to be comfortable with doing chaining and working single crochet in rows with fairly consistent tension. You should also have graduated from beginner (non-splitting) yarn to standard yarns.
Class size is kept to 8 or less to allow for individual attention. Class includes yarn and crochet hooks, but you may bring your own.
Level 2 – Pumpkins. Perfect for Fall, these will also provide foundational skills for other amigurrumi projects.
Level 2 – Granny Squares. Perfect for those wanting to create blankets, pillow or small accessories. We’ll create 2 squares that you can attach to create a bag or use as the first blocks of a bigger project.
